WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

 

HOW CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?

When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, please go to CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

 

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PROMO CODE ISN’T WORKING?

Promo codes are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code, please contact our customer care by email.

       

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes, Boutique Tempting offers easy 15 day returns from delivery date on all items. Note that sale items are not eligible for a return. Please ensure you read full Returns Policy before purchasing.

You can find the size guide among the pictures of all the products. Please strictly follow the size chart to select the size. Do not select directly according to your habits.

Absolutely! We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

Sorry not at this time. Boutique Tempting is currently 100% online.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are usually delivered within 9-19 days.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

We offer 15-days hassle-free return for your item.

To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@boutiquetempting.com using the e-mail address used to order the item.

( Please note that we are unable to refund return postage costs.)

Boutique Tempting cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
