- Sale Items Or Items Purchased During A Promotional Event are not eligible for a return;
- Item/s must be returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase;
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
Charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Boutique Tempting takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Boutique Tempting.

Boutique Tempting cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Boutique Tempting reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Boutique Tempting cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at boutiquetempting.com.
